After spending too many years running bars, clubs and restaurants in the West End and Camden Town, we decided to open Korova in 2016, looking for something better suited to the pace of our young family, and more closely aligned to the values that drive us.
We wanted to get back to basics and provide a type of food and service that we know we'd appreciate and hoped that our guests will too.
So we have created a forever changing menu of seasonal produce from suppliers, breeders and growers who share our values and passion. Some items are produced locally, some from remote farms in France and Italy.
It is this experience with food and drink, and the love for working with it, that has proceeded us to win the Time Out Love Awards in succession for two years and various Opentable Diners Choice Awards.
